On Thursday 27th March 2025, EuroCham Cambodia successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025, bringing together members from across Cambodia’s business community for a day filled with reflection, elections, and celebration. This important event underscored the chamber’s commitment to fostering collaboration, growth, and innovation within the country’s economic landscape.
A Moment of Reflection and Transition
With 108 members attending virtually or by proxy, the AGM commenced with an opening address by Chairman Tassilo Brinzer, who reflected on the past year’s milestones and shared insights from his four-year tenure. Executive Director Martin Brisson followed with an in-depth review of EuroCham’s key activities, highlighting the chamber’s initiatives, achievements, and strategic direction.
Additionally, finance and audit reports were presented, providing members with a transparent overview of EuroCham’s operational performance, financial health, and governance.
Board of Directors Election – Shaping the Future
One of the most anticipated moments of the day was the Board of Directors election, where 129 voters (59% of ordinary members) cast their ballots to elect seven new board members. This election marked a significant step in shaping the chamber’s leadership for the coming years. Following the voting process, an internal selection determined the Executive Committee, with the following results:

A Night of Celebration at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra
Following the formal proceedings, 250+ members, partners, and friends gathered at the elegant Glass House at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra to celebrate the new chapter of EuroCham. The evening provided a vibrant setting for networking, drinks, and meaningful conversations.
Chairman Gabriele Faja took the opportunity to share his vision for the future, emphasizing a strong commitment to growth, innovation, and impact within Cambodia’s business community. Guests joined in a toast to EuroCham’s continued success, recognizing the chamber’s role as a key driver of business collaboration and economic progress.
