Pierre Tami is a Swiss social entrepreneur, business leader, and long-time Cambodia resident with more than three decades of experience in social impact, education, and hospitality development. He is the founder of Hagar International, a globally recognized organization supporting survivors of abuse and trafficking, and the founder of SHIFT360, an organization dedicated to creating sustainable opportunities for Cambodian youth through skills development and entrepreneurship.
Pierre is also the founder of the Academy of Culinary Arts Cambodia (ACAC), Cambodia’s first internationally accredited culinary academy, which plays a key role in developing the country’s hospitality workforce. Throughout his career, he has been a strong advocate for combining social impact with sustainable business models, helping shape Cambodia’s social enterprise ecosystem.
His contributions to Cambodia have earned him national and international recognition, including honors from the Royal Government of Cambodia and global institutions for his work in community development, education, and social innovation.
